pshky Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service, game, feature, or function provided by pshky (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and pshky (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of pshky, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, depositing players, and VIP members. By continuing to use pshky services after any modification to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all wagers voided, and all deposits and winnings forfeited without recourse. pshky takes underage gambling prevention with the utmost seriousness and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in the Philippines to enforce age restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Account Creation

To access the full range of pshky services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2. One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) pshky account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to abuse promotions, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If pshky detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual through IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other technical means, all such accounts will be suspended and funds forfeited.

3.3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pshky login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security, you must notify pshky immediately via live chat or email. pshky is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access, except where such loss is directly caused by pshky's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1. Currency and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pshky are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pshky supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other payment methods as displayed in the Cashier section. Payment methods may vary based on your location and verification status.

4.2. Deposits

You may deposit funds into your pshky account using any of the supported payment methods. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as specified in the Cashier. pshky does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees independently.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pshky account are derived from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for online gaming purposes. pshky reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time to verify the legitimacy of deposits.

4.3. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your pshky account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

pshky operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. pshky reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, including requests for proof of identity, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, and transaction history. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pshky offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and other restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Only real-money wagers contribute toward Wagering Requirements; bonus funds alone do not count.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other players, or using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. pshky reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1. Game Integrity

All games offered on pshky utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by pshky, game providers, or any external party. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section and reflects the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

6.2. Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcome or payout, pshky reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all wagers placed in that round. pshky is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from game malfunctions, and all decisions made by pshky regarding game malfunctions are final.

6.3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pshky and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to play games or place bets.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to sharing hand information in poker games or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technologies to disguise your true location or circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud, chargeback fraud, or identity theft.
• Laundering money or using pshky services for any illegal purpose.

Any User found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and all funds forfeited. pshky reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in the Philippines.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on pshky are the exclusive property of pshky or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on pshky without prior written consent from pshky.

The pshky name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pshky. You may not use any pshky trademark or logo without express written permission. Unauthorized use of pshky intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pshky is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose in a specified timeframe.

• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward pshky staff or other players.
• Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent account restrictions.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to you via the same payment method used for deposit, minus any bonus funds, pending wagering requirements, or funds derived from prohibited activities. pshky reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, pending investigation.

You may voluntarily close your pshky account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and verification procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pshky and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of pshky services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or inability to access your account.

• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties.

pshky's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of pshky services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your pshky account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pshky and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pshky customer support. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.

13. Amendment of Terms

pshky reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, pshky will notify registered users via email, on-site notification, or prominent notice on the pshky homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of pshky services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of pshky services and may close your account by contacting customer support.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
